The known history of the Karuthedathu family begins with our great grandfather Karuthedathu Kuruvilla who settled in Karimkunnam in the year AD 1700.
Johny Kallickal; wife Jissamma (Lissy) Kallickal (Kalapurayil (Kaparambil) - Keezhoor) . 2 children Jerin (36), Justin (32). They currently reside in Long Island, New York. Johny retired from Kerala water Authority. Lissy is retired Registered Nurse.
Dr. Jerin Kallickal DNP, MS, MPA, BSN, RN, CV-BC, NE-BC; wife Dr. Meryl Kallickal PT, DPT; 4 children Jonah (age 8), Joshua (age 5), Josiah (age 3), Annmaria (age 1) resides in NJ. Jerin completed his Doctorate of nursing, currently working as a Director of Nursing in New York City. Meryl (from Vemmelil family, Uzhavoor, Kerala) has her Doctorate of physical therapy and is working as a physical therapist. Jerin is a gifted volleyball player who has represented Kerala in Indian national games and USA at college level. Meryl is a professionally trained singer who has also recorded vocals for a music album.
Justin Kallickal, MBA; Wife Shiya Kallickal, MS (Thottothra - Chingavanam/Kottayam) and son Chacko Kallickal (06/2026).They currently reside in Carrollton (Dallas), Texas. Justin works in product management at a financial institution. Shiya works in airside planning at Dallas airport, and she is an architect by training. Justin has represented his college and had the opportunity to interview Warren Buffett and Henry Kravis. On their free time they like spending time in nature and their goal is to visit all the US National Parks.
